To power on, turn the analog rotary dial clockwise. Different temperatures correspond with different locations on a clock. It’s suggested to start at around 12 o’clock on the dial, and either increase or decrease it’s position based on results and personal preferences. When the analogue dial is turned on it makes an audible and tactile clicking which illuminates a blue LED light that decoratively accents the interior and base of the Ditanium unit. The level of intensity and brightness of the bulb go up as the temperature on the dial is increased. It also serves as a tell tale sign that your unit is turned on. Though able to remain on for very extended periods of time, it is suggested that the unit be turned off when not in use for both safety reasons and to ensure a long lifespan on the unit.

For Flower:

-Load ground herb into glass hand piece and heater adapter. The glass adapter has a built in glass screen but also has a 3/4” stainless steel screen to ensure no particles get through the glass screen. There are titanium hand pieces and adapters available as aftermarket parts that are said to make switching the screens out much easier as I have found the screen the glass hand piece comes with difficult to remove. Its best to simply empty the material from the adapter while it is still warm, making it very easy to keep the screen clean. The entire wand, screen and all, can be cleaned and restored to brand new condition by soaking in isopropyl for 20 minutes. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. When you have loaded your loose herb into the glass adapter you place the glass hand piece adapter on the end of the titanium heater head. This works best using a loose pack with a light tamp down. Once attached to the heater, the other end of the whip has a 14mm titanium mouthpiece that doubles as a male joint for any glass piece. Once you’ve placed the titanium 14mm male joint in your favorite glass you are ready to extract your material. I find that a coarse or fine grind work best in combination with a steady, medium to slow draw. The vapor produced in a 12“ glass chambered piece I used was incredibly dense, thick and incredibly flavorful Vapor. The all glass airpath ensures optimal flavor. Despite being convection driven, the dense vapor begins billowing into your glass piece immediately upon drawing. I’ve personally never seen or used a device that utilizes a whip or hose system that produces as vaporous an experience as quickly or for the duration that the Ditanium does. It is definitely a leading member in a classification of vaporizer systems known as “Heavies” for their ability to deliver monster vapor if that is what you are after, and the Ditanium has earned its place amongst them.  The extraction is even, thorough and without hot spotting, regardless of the size load you pack. It’s suggested to start at 12 o’clock on the rotary dial but I found turning the dial to between 2 and 3 o’clock for maximum vapor. When using the AED with flower art the noon position I was able to get massive terpene flavors with whispy vapor. When used at the 2 or 3 o’clock position, the Ditanium produces as 

thick and voluminous as any other desktop system available as of May 2022. That I can say with great confidence.

For Concentrates:

Connect glass hand piece and whip adapter to the titanium heater nozzle. Connect the other end of the whip with the 14mm titanium adapter into the joint of your glass piece or use as a whip with a mouthpiece. I have to recommend that anybody who purchases a Ditanium AED also order one of their proprietary carb caps for use with concentrates as well as giving a boost to your session when vaping flower. Luckily, if you already have a dab tool with a carb cap on one end it will in fact be compatible with the Ditanium unit. I tested 3 different standard dabbing tools with the dabber on one end and carb cap on the other and all 3 worked and fit properly. A carb cap is a must for low temperature dabs. The Ditanium carb cap does not come with a dabber on the other end because it utilizes that end as the actual vent for the carb cap. Ditanium does however sell dab tools made specifically for seamless use with their product for only a few dollars that are worth investing in. The titanium set, hand piece are definitely worth taking a look at as a prospective buyer as I’ve read nothing but good things. Once set up with your glass and the glass adapter connected to the heater with your temperature dial set to 12 noon to start just like we did with fllower, take a small rice grain size or smaller dab of your concentrate of choice. Apply concentrate directly to ceramic nail in the center of the quartz enail dish. The lower the temperature the better when vaping concentrates by themselves. The concentrate will slowly melt off your tool onto the hot ceramic nail and melt into the quartz dish. This is when you place your carb cap on top of the enail to ensure the vapor doesnt escape into the air. You want to be inhaling before applying the concentrate to the hot nail as the vapor produced will be immediate and flashpoint. Inhale, remove 14mm adapter from glass piece to clear chamber, reinsert and continue inhaling, as I found that dabs with the Ditanium at low temperatures seem to last an inordinate amount of time due to the impeccable construction of the device. I personally am not a person who generally enjoys concentrates consumed via a hot enail but using the Ditanium was an experience like no other concentrate consumption I have ever had using a hot nail. There were no huge coughs due to extreme heat, no uncomfortable heat sweats that are so common and overall the experience felt much more relaxed and less rushed than any I’ve had before. It was also not a cumbersome experience-I did not have to have a large torch lighter in one hand, a dabber in the other, a glass piece in my mouth and exposed hot dangerous pieces. Like I said, consuming concentrates via the Ditanium is a pleasure.
